Four architectural rowhomes rising on a coveted Altadore corner.
On one of Altadore's most walkable corners, four contemporary residences are taking shape — dark brick and warm cedar, full-height glass, and rooflines drawn to sit easily among the street's mature trees.
Each home is planned around light and flow: open principal floors, private upper retreats, and outdoor rooms that make the most of a tight inner-city lot. A study in how density can still feel singular.

Black brick, white-oak soffits, and a wall of glass that pulls the evening light deep into the plan. The Killarney House was drawn for a growing family that wanted warmth, not flash.

A collection of modern rowhomes designed to respect a street that fights to keep its character. The massing steps and breathes; the materials are honest and built to weather Calgary properly.
Capitol Hill NW · Complete
A two-storey custom home on a mature Capitol Hill lot, where the brief was simple: build something that feels rooted, not new-built. Warm masonry and deep eaves do the work.
North Glenmore Park SW · Complete
Built for a family that wanted the ravine and the pathways at the door, this home keeps a calm exterior and saves its drama for the inside — a soaring principal space wrapped in glass and timber.
